GC's employee's and sub contractors are wearing appropriate / required PPE? <br>

Any and all contractor & sub contractor injuries are being reported to the Site Supervisor? <br>

Are all electrical rooms / cages are empty and are not being used as storage? (exception - when electrical panel work is being performed)<br>

Are all electrical rooms / cages are locked and secured?<br>
