Are all ladders maintained in good condition , joints between steps and side rails tight, all hardware and fittings securely attached, and movable parts operating freely without binding or undue play?

Do all ladders have a chain and no "customer usage sign" present & in good condition?

The store does not have any A-frame ladders that are being used by blue shirts. (Answer - NO if the store has these ladders)

Have any defective lift trucks or equipment been locked out?

Managers are aware of Lock Out Tag Out Procedures? Locks and Tags are available and kept in a secure place

Are all surface walkways even - no holes, cracks, or lifting tiles/carpet?

No propane tanks or compressed gas cylinders present anywhere inside the building? (Answer - NO if there are)

Are all work areas adequately illuminated?

Are all overhead lights working?

Are entrance mats in good condition? (Ensure that they are not covering the front vestibule grills)

Are all cages on the floor placed in a non-hazardous manner?

Do all overhead cages placed on gondolas have a minimum of 2 U-bolts securing the cage to the gondola?

Are all the electrical and communication rooms free of product and miscellaneous items?

Are all electrical and communication rooms locked and accessible only to authorized employees?

Do all electrical room doors and cages have the white "Danger - High voltage" decal posted in a visible location?

Is the Car-Fi Bay organized in a safe manner?

The CarFi Bay is free and clear of paint cans and random chemicals. (Answer - NO if they are present)

Are all fire extinguishers mounted and in good condition?

Is the emergency preparedness binder readily accessible?

Is the fire prevention plan readily available?

Are all stairways / escalator and landings clear and unobstructed?

Are all stairways and escalators adequately lit?

Are shelves and racks in good condition? Note down any noticeable dents and take pictures.

Are all Product Process Employees wearing Steel Toe shoes?

Is there a UN bin available in the store? (Should be placed beside the Cold Fire Can & absorbent in the warehouse)

Is the required PPE for handling compressed gas leaks readily available to the PP and Ops employees? (Safety goggles, neoprene gloves)

Is the SDS for the Sodastream CO2 Cylinders posted and readily available in Ops and PP areas?

Is the First Aid Binder available with appropriate contents?

Are the GM , AM (SM & OPPM for S1&S2) , Mobile Manager (Mobile Lead for S4) , Supervisors and all key holders First Aid Certified?

Is the store over 95% in E-learning completion for H&S Compliance quizzes?
