Is access to the facility clear and accessible?

Are prominent safety signs and emergency procedures displayed?

Are walkways, entrances, and exits clear of obstacles or debris?

Is good housekeeping maintained throughout the facility?

Are machinery and equipment regularly inspected and maintained?

Are operators trained and certified for each type of machinery?

Are safe operating procedures established and followed?

Are moving parts of machinery properly guarded?

Are pedestrian walkways clearly designated and separated from vehicular traffic?

Are speed limits and traffic control measures implemented?

Are operators of front-end loaders, bobcats, and excavators trained in safe practices?

Are designated parking areas provided and separated from operational zones?
