Commercial & Procurement

  • All operatives are recorded on a time sheet and signed off by client and site manager

  • All works outside the agreed scope of works are instructed by the client (Variations)

  • Purchase orders are raised without an identified scope item / formal client instruction

  • Copies of Purchase Orders (POs) being produced and sent to Head Office weekly

  • Only approved Suppliers/Contractors are used (see approved database)

  • Material Procurement Schedule available

  • Schedule of hired equipment available

  • Delivery notes are filed and any defects/discrepancies are recorded

  • Materials received being checked, stored and protected

Plant & Equipment

  • Plant and lifting equipment register is up-to-date with all relevant in-date Thorough Examination certificates filed

  • Plant check sheets compiled, defect recorded, reported and closed out

  • Unsuitable materials, plant, equipment or tools marked, compounded or removed to prevent use No (Quarantined)

  • Lift Plan signed by an Appointed Person (AP)

  • Schedule of common lifts clearly identifying reach load’s dimensions, weight, centre of gravity, No slinging and lifting method, lifting accessories to be used, picture or sketch showing the above

Environmental Procedures

  • All temporary works installations are as per design

  • Has Clipfine received the TW design form the client?

  • Appointed Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) carries out weekly inspection records

  • Permits to load / strike are issued

Branding / Cooperate identity

  • All Clipfine Ltd. Operatives are wearing the Clipfine PPE

  • All Security Officers are alert in adequate uniform (front of house appearance)

  • All Clipfine Logos are displayed as per the company branding document

  • Site signage is adequate, clean and in good shape

  • Clipfine out-of-hours Control Room number displayed

    All questions answered with ‘YES’ are relevant to the site and are compliant.

    All questions answered with ‘NO’ are relevant and are not compliant. In this instance, an action requirement and closeout action period are issued to the appropriate individual via EasyBOP when this report is published. This action requirement is also recorded and tracked against your project in the company Business Improvement Log. Closeout periods will differ in relation to the severity of the circumstances.
