General Condition of vehicle

  • What is the Trailer Registration

  • Is the Trailer in a clean state (Inside & out) with no rubbish?

  • Is the Trailer free of any external damage?

  • Take photos of all damage

  • Is there a fire extinguisher in the vehicle?

  • Is the fire extinguisher, in date, charged, in good condition?

  • Enter the Asset Number of the fire extinguisher:

  • Is there a First Aid Kit in the vehicle?

  • Is the kit in good condition, stocked, consumables in date?

Class A Safety Checks - **Do Not Operate The Vehicle if Any Class A Defects are Found** (until corrected)

  • All lights (Tail Lights, Brake Lights, Reverse Lights, Hazards, Headlights & indicators) Functional?

  • Is the Safety Chain in good condition and has Rated Shackles attached?

  • Is the Tow Hitch operational and functioning correctly?

Class B Safety Checks - Report and Fix Any Defects ASAP

  • Is the Hi-Ab greased, operational and functioning correctly ?

  • Is the Air Conditioning operational and functioning correctly?
