Vehicle Inspection

  • Are you towing a trailer?

  • What is the Trailer Registration

  • Is the trailer securely hitched to the vehicle?

  • Is the vehicle free of any external damage?

  • Take photos of all damage

  • Tyres in good condition?

  • Photo of the tyres

  • All lights (Tail Lights, Brake Lights, Headlights & indicators) Functional?

  • No Warning Lights turned on?

  • Is the vehicle in a clean state (Inside & out) with no rubbish?

  • Is the Fuel Card in the vehicle?

  • Are the Seatbelts undamaged and operational?

  • Horn working?
