Are all utilities pot holed? Crossings and running parallel within 3’ of bore path.
Are permit dates good and does the work remaining reflect the end date?
Are prints and locate ticket on job site?
Is all the work being performed within the ROW?
Does all conduit appear to be at depth?
Are HHs being set properly? Inside and out. At grade and tamped in around the box.
Is over all housekeeping acceptable?
Is fiber being protected? (fenced or cones)
Fiber being coiled correctly in HHs?
