Brake System Checks

Throttle Function

Sidestand Function

  • How many rubbers did you replace

Electrical Checks

  • Check o-ring that holds 12 v battery in place, if broken replace with 3500115

  • o-ring replaced (3500115, QTY =1)

  • If suspected 12v battery issue check firmware and operation of Octo device (if fitted)

  • 12v battery replaced and customer needs to be charged

  • Check all electrical switches and APS are functioning correctly with diagnostic software

  • Check and save DTCs

  • Ensure that the OBD is refitted correctly

  • Check storage tank lid is closing and sealing properly (if not use battery to locate it correctly)

  • Adjust fit

  • Check battery housing is latching and sealing properly

  • Adjust fit

  • If rust on VIN stamp coat with lacquer

  • Does the bike need to be brought back to the Workshop? (If Yes fill in COLLECTION FORM*)

  • If possible complete a test ride to ensure bike is performing correctly (bike must have all batteries and accessories fitted)

  • Check the bike goes into drive and motor engages

  • Non-warranty repairs (on customer property)

  • Work completed (notes for customer)

  • Signature of person who completed the work
