Any transport damage? Strap marks-dunnage marks-handling marks.

Units stacked on site. Do they have plastic packers to prevent marking? Any boot marks? Have riggers walked over units?

Stacked units segregated and barriered to prevent damage? Are warning signs in place?

Grout runs?

Lifters and grout tubes. Any rusting or rusty water in lifter recess?

Insulation. Any damage or gaps to insulation? Any signs of insulation coming away from concrete face? Any damage or gaps in insulation will cause “cold bridging” This can be a major issue?

Sandwich units when stacked vertically should have dunnage under the grey concrete only and not under coloured face.

When filling prop holes and final filling of grout holes. Are they flush?

Are weepholes in hollowcore clear?

Hollowcore landing on top of cross walls. There should be no gap between supporting wall and hollowcore. This will allow sound to transmit from one flat to another.

Electrical sockets. Are they still covered to prevent grout ingress?

Are all the hollowcore joints all filled correctly? No voids and no large overfills

Any installation damage to underside of hollowcore soffits?

Balconies clean? No rust from lifters. Soffits consistent- protection on balconies or patio doors locked?

Balconies will be stacked on site for installers to fit balustrade. Is this working well? Is there likelihood of installers walking all over balconies? Any risk to getting damaged? Are balconies stacked correctly so as to prevent marking of soffits?

When we start to build. Are all joints grouted and no gaps in grout?
