Anti-vibration feet or wall brackets with Anti-vibration mounts installed

Isolation valves on Flow and return for ASHP including strainer valve

Does the condensate terminate correctly/soak away to prevent future hazards

Are internal pipe intrusions sealed

Is the pipe work insulated and sleeved the entire depth of the wall

Confirm that the gas pipe has been capped correctly to GSE regs

Has the previous heating electrical supply been isolated and made safe?

Confirm removal of existing HW cylinder and cold water poly tanks

Let by and tightness test recorded on TPI and sent to manometerresults@lowribeckfield.co.uk

Record Gas safety report of gas installation remaining (certificate on TPI)

Isolation valve installed above control group

Confirm Discharge D1 is max 600mm to tundish

Confirm Discharge D2 is min 300mm before first bend

Picture of Cylinder and surrounding pipework, Lagging and insulation done correctly to a high standard

System parameters set up, Flow temperatures set up with weather curve

System flushed

System balanced, vented and ensured system gets to temperature

Cylinder hot water temperature set to min 50℃ (legionnaires cycle set up if below 55℃)

System controls, thermostats, programmers and safety controls all explained to the client/homeowner/tenant/landlord (picture taken of programmer set up)

Benchmark filled out for heatpump & recorded
