  • Dust and sanitize all wooden surfaces and ledges

  • Spray oxivir on the Garbage bin & back area

  • Sanitise stair case railings

  • Call HK Shift in charge and give requirements for linen and amenities required for the floor

  • Ensure all Garbage or clearance if seen outside the room is first sprayed with virex and left for 10 minutes

  • Remove garbage and put in the garbage bin

  • Vacuum clean all the corridors

  • Check and clean the pantry

  • Back area washbasin to clean and sanitize with virex

  • Clean your floor assigned fire exits

  • Ensure all touch points are sanitized every 2 hrs

  • Guest lift outside landing buttons to sanitize

  • Service lift landing buttons to sanitize

  • All equipment's to be cleaned at end of shift

  • Wear PPE - Mask, Gloves, face shield or goggles at all times ( Change or sanitise every 20 minutes )

  • Wash hands every 20 minutes for 20 seconds

  • Check Bluetooth & arogya sethu app in working condition

  • All request to be kept outside on the chair in front of the room & ring bell

  • All food delivery to be kept on the chair and ring the bell

  • Please report if any guest changing rooms or walking out to HK Shift incharge

  • Please report if you see any guests are unwell

  • No linen to be coming out of room, inform guests to store it in the linen bag placed in room

  • Follow Hi5 Programme as trained

  • Do not enter any guest room without checking with EHK
