  • Inspect artexing to walls and ceilings, boxing internally to see if there are any issues potentially with asbestos

  • Inspect externally shed roofs, soil stacks for any damage on potential asbestos

Decoration

  • Is the decoration internally in a reasonable condition ?

  • Is the external decoration in a reasonable condition ?
