Page 2: Main checklist

During this checklist you may find a few things that may need to be corrected. Here is a good rule of thumb when deciding on if HK should be called back to a unit: If the correction is going to take 5 mins or less, please try to address yourself and be sure to flag to your portfolio team at the end of this checklist. If the correction is going to take you more than 5 mins, notify your portfolio team right away so that they can alert the HK team right away. If the correction is going to take more than 5 mins, HK has already left the property, and there is a guest checking in, please address yourself and report to your findings with pictures to your portfolio team for further action.

  • Are all access Items present and accounted for?

  • Starting at the entryway, take a walk through the unit to ensure the following:

-All of the blinds are lowered fully, turned the same way, and open
    -Confirm there is no odor

  • Starting in the kitchen (If applicable) and moving to the bathroom, open all drawers/cabinets to check for cleanliness of items and evidence of a previous guest.

  • Is the washer and dryer empty?

  • Is the bed(s) neat and tidy? Please take a picture of each bedroom

  • Was there anything in the Kasa you had to correct?
