R82 Lean Mix a Concrete Subbase Pre-Pour Inspection

Subgrade has had chip seal applied

Is Formwork checked with survey, adequately supported, mortar tight and deboned ?

Is pour area is and free from loose or foreign material?

Surface is in a damp condition and free from pounding water?

Is 150mm deep Subbase achievable throughout

Pre-Pour inspection conducted by Main Contractor

Weather for paving to start:<br>- Air temp between 5 degrees and 36 degrees<br>- Not raining nor imminent

Concrete deposited and spread uniformly without segregation

All loads formed within appropriate time <br>- 90min for air temp <30degrees<br>- 45min for air temp >30degrees

Concrete temp when sampled is between 10 degrees and 32 degrees

The Subbase surface finish has a uniform, dense, compact finish

Hessian drag finish applied

Curing compound applied at required rate and has created a continuous and unbroken film over the Subbase

Has the start-end/stop-end been checked for straight edge and alignment conformance

Has all waste/spoil been cleaned up
