  • Jacobs inspectors are to request copies of JSEA/SMWS etc and minutes, if it is impractical to obtain a copy, images are to be taken with a mobile or tablet. Images must be of sufficient quality to enable review of the details ie Persons signed onto the JSEA, etc.

Jacobs inspectors are also required to take images of the works sites inspected, particularly where good observations are seen, or where remedial actions are recommended. These are to be submitted with the completed checklist.

It is important that inspectors highlight to Contractors that the inspection is random and that the objective is to validate that contractors are applying their approved WHS Management Plans.
