Equipment

  • Signs available to warn public of works/caution available?

  • Cones/ bollards available for isolating work area available?

Hazard management

  • Have hazard I'd forms been offered to staff this month? If so has if must be send to Terry Swanton

  • Have you trained the staff how to use correct lifting techniques?

  • Do you have methods available for reducing manual handling? Eg trolley, procedures

  • Are all chemicals being stored as per the msds?
