Inspected/Considered Items

LOCK STANDARDS - At all points of ingress and egress, the Licensee shall ensure the use of a commercial-grade, nonresidential door locks.

ALARM SYSTEMS - Alarm systems on all perimeter entry points and perimeter windows, installed by an alarm installation company and continuously monitored.

PANIC BUTTONS - Panic buttons put on test and triggered.

LIMITED ACCESS AREAS IDENTIFIED - Area identified with sign 12x12 stating "Do Not Enter - Limited Access Area - Access Limited to Licensed Personnel and Escorted Visitors."

DIAGRAM OF LICENSED PREMISE - Clearly described, reflecting walls, partitions, counters and all areas of ingress and egress. In addition all propagation, cultivation, manufacturing, and retail sales area noted.

DIAGRAM FILED PROPERLY - Diagram of Licensed Premise is easily found within the Compliance Binder on site.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE - Video Surveillance of Limited Access Areas, POS, product displayed for sale, security room, grown, tested, cured, weighed, packaged, manufactured, and stored. All points of ingress and egress to Limited Access Areas and exterior of the Licensed Premise.

LOCATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT - Surveillance rec equipment must be housed in a designated, locked, and secured room or enclosure with access limited to authorized employees. MED or relevant local jurisdictions, state or local law enforcement agencies for an authorized purpose or law enforcement purpose, and service personnel or contractors.

DVR's ARE SECURED AND LOCKED

DVR PLAYBACK - Forty or sixty days of video playback is currently housed on the DVR system.

EMPLOYEE LIST FILED PROPERLY - Up to date list of licensed employees is readily available within the Compliance Binder.

SECURE FACILITY FORM ON SITE

ADVERTISING RECORDS ON SITE

VISITOR LOG & BADGES - Visitor Log and Badges both inspected and inventoried.

SIX MONTHS OF THE ABOVE RECORDS ARE MAINTAINED ON PREMISES

TRANSPORTATION MANIFESTS - Retail marijuana or Retail marijuana-infused products shall be accompanied by a manifest.

MANIFEST INTEGRITY & FILING - The past 6 months worth of manifests are filed and kept on site containing all appropriate signatures.

RETAIL MARIJUANA PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT - Production Capacity: Type 1 RMS - 3600 plants; Type 2 RMS - 6000 plants; Type 3 RMS - 10,200 plants, RMPM - 1000 plants.

WASTE DISPOSAL - Retail Marijuana and Retail Marijuana Product waste must be stored, secured, locked, and managed, including rendered unusable and unrecognizable, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Waste must be tracked in METRC.

WASTE LOG - Waste log is kept on site, up to date, and thoroughly completed.

PACKAGING AND LABELING OF RETAIL MARIJUANA BY A RETAIL MARIJUANA STORE - Every container is child resistant or in a child resistant exit container labeled with: the RMC licence number where grown, RMS where sold, Identity Statement and Standardized Graphic symbol, Harvest Batch Number, date of sale to consumer, net weight (to .10g), required warning statements, list of nonorganic pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides used during cultivation, required testing statements.

PACKAGING AND LABELING OF RETAIL MARIJUANA PRODUCTS BY A RETAIL MARIJUANA STORE - Every container is child resistant or in a child resistant exit container labeled with: the RMC license number where grown, RMC/RMPM license number where produced, Production Batch Number, statement regarding child resistance, Identity Statement and Standardized Graphic symbol, date of sale to consumer, required warning statements, universal symbol, required edible retail marijuana product information, list of nonorganic pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides used during cultivation, solvents and chemicals used in production of concentrates, required edible retail marijuana product information, required testing statements.
