  • VIDEO SURVEILLANCE - Video Surveillance of Limited Access Areas, POS, product displayed for sale, security room, grown, tested, cured, weighed, packaged, manufactured, and stored. All points of ingress and egress to Limited Access Areas and exterior of the Licensed Premise.

  • LOCATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SURVEILLANCE EQUIPMENT - Surveillance rec equipment must be housed in a designated, locked, and secured room or enclosure with access limited to authorized employees. MED or relevant local jurisdictions, state or local law enforcement agencies for an authorized purpose or law enforcement purpose, and service personnel or contractors.

  • PACKAGING AND LABELING OF RETAIL MARIJUANA BY A RETAIL MARIJUANA STORE - Every container is child resistant or in a child resistant exit container labeled with: the RMC licence number where grown, RMS where sold, Identity Statement and Standardized Graphic symbol, Harvest Batch Number, date of sale to consumer, net weight (to .10g), required warning statements, list of nonorganic pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides used during cultivation, required testing statements.

  • PACKAGING AND LABELING OF RETAIL MARIJUANA PRODUCTS BY A RETAIL MARIJUANA STORE - Every container is child resistant or in a child resistant exit container labeled with: the RMC license number where grown, RMC/RMPM license number where produced, Production Batch Number, statement regarding child resistance, Identity Statement and Standardized Graphic symbol, date of sale to consumer, required warning statements, universal symbol, required edible retail marijuana product information, list of nonorganic pesticides, fungicides, and herbicides used during cultivation, solvents and chemicals used in production of concentrates, required edible retail marijuana product information, required testing statements.
