Facility is still being used for the recycling of produced water

Facility sign is visible and in good condition

Containment has a minimum of three feet of freeboard

Containment is free of evidence of surface water run-on

Containment water surface is free of visible signs of oil

Oil absorbent booms are on-site and in good condition

Injection and withdrawal of water is done through a header

There is no evidence of a leak in the liner above the waterline

Leak detection was checked, and does not show signs of a release

No migratory birds were discovered in the containment

Bird deterrent system is working and in good condition

Facility fencing is in good condition and is not in need of repairs
