  • COVID 19 - I acknowledge that I or any workers at work today do not identify themselves to have or have signs of cold or flu like symptoms and do not have any COVID symptoms described by QLD Health/Government. Workers have confirmed that they are not a close contact as defined by the Government. If anyone has any symptoms or are classified as a close contact they must be sent home immediately and notify the office. Where possible maintain social distancing, wash hands regularly, limit car pooling. Do any workers identify themselves with any COVID symptoms and are not a close contact?

  • Was the previous day's activities issue free?

  • Is there a SWMS in place for all specific activities commencing today?

  • Has the power been isolated and roof tested with voltage tester to confirm?

  • Are all exclusion zones and visual barriers erected and maintained? (High risk activities near public/public places need an exclusion zone)

  • Workers adequately trained to complete tasks?

  • EWPs, Fall Protection and Electrical gear inspected, up to date, and safe for use?

  • Do All workers have suitable PPE for all tasks ?
