  • The purpose of this audit is to ensure everybody is following the new procedures in regards to the RF Equipment. Please audit 5 different LTOs and try not to overlap with other supervisors. These audits should be started sometime after everyone is up and running and before your shifts first break.

Random audits will be done in addition to the ones the supervisors do to ensure this is being done and doesn't drop off after our usual 2 week mark. You will benefit greatly by hitting different people each day and staying consistent. I appreciate your help and cooperation.

  • Name and Peoplesoft number of LTO. John Doe 555123

  • Which piece of equipment are they operating?

  • What is their VMU number? (Scan the barcode on the side of the VMU)

  • What is their scanner number?

  • Does the VMU and scanner numbers match? (If No, what did you do to correct it?)

  • Are they using the proper Protective Equipment for the Hand Scanners? Dock trucks and Reaches should be equipped with a lanyard as well as a hook; at least one should be used. Walkies should be using the magnetic trays that sit on top of the battery. Use of this equipment is not optional. (As of the end of May we are just starting to get in the new protective equipment and may take a little bit to get on everything. Make sure the LTOs are using any protective equipment that is available for the time being)
