  • Show evidence/explain, on three separate occasions, how to complete appropriate site documentation and inform the appropriate authorities of environmental and heritage issues. (Co-assessed - First during S11 Manual Handling Take 5, Second during Confined Space JSA, and third during Respond to site based spills assessment)
