The voucher allows the customer to purchase 1 x 24 Pack of Great Northern for $42 or 1 x 6 Pack of Great Northern for $12. The voucher is valid for 1 x Great Northern Offer only. This voucher is to be retained by the cashier and voided by drawing a line through the barcode with a texta. Compliance is KING so it is vitally important that you abide by these Manuals 100%.<br>ALL managers must:<br>• Recognise what grading your store is for each category – Wine, RTD, Beer and Spirits.<br>• Go through every supplier sheet auditing your store to ensure you are 100% compliant with the Core Range and Fridge Compliance commitments. Where you are not currently ranging products, you must order this stock immediately to ensure compliance. This must be completed for every supplier listed. Included at the back of the Manual is a summary of new lines to be added.

  • Reduce Stock Levels NOW! <br><br>Due to higher than usual stock levels for EOFY and the delay of the Birthday Promotion for this year, head office has decided to make stock reduction our KEY FOCUS for AUGUST.<br>Please see below, our plan on how we can get this done!<br>1) Key Lines on SALE<br>As seen through the stocktake process, a few lines stand out as being overstocked across all outlets.<br>We will look to placing these lines on promotion over the next week:<br> Johnnie Walker Red 700ml.<br> Jim Beam White cans<br> Jim Beam Black cans<br> Upside Down S’Blanc<br> Yellow Sparkling<br>2) No Allocations<br>Buying Team will not allocate any stock throughout the month of August<br>3) Clearance Sale<br>Many stores must continue to clear deadstock using a clearance sale. Please contact the Buyers for pricing.<br>4) Beer Buying<br>Please reduce your investment buying through August to drive Beer stock levels down.<br>We will review this heading towards the Birthday Sale.<br>2 weeks stock turn is ok for this time of year (but make sure you use common sense when it comes to specials)<br>5) Look to transfer stock<br>If you have overstocks, please contact stores to take your stock rather than buying from ALM.<br>Really important we keep purchases to a minimum.<br>Your help in this area is really appreciated.<br>6) Stock level reports<br>I will work with our Head Office team and Surefire to see if we can give our management team some idea on how we tracking.<br>No promises here as we want to be sure the info is accurate before we share it.<br>I will keep our Management team updated throughout AUGUST and all TM’s will make this a priority while visiting your store.<br>
