  • Tablet training, Make sure the manager is capable of, taking photos and emailing them off, use of the calendar, reply emails regarding allocations and any other items that come to hand.

  • Use of diary has been very poor there were a number of stores (20+) didn't action the recent Houghton's allocation correctly. Use of the diary is so important with these items. If this isn't worked out the right of allocations will be taken away and given back to the buyers.
