New items to discuss

 • Smirnoff sorbet range. Discuss with managers where to locate.

 • Budget wine in fridge. Make sure all managers are following the guide in the Core Range book.
Sparkling wine max 6 under $9.99 (Yellow ticket price)
Still wine max 4 under $8.99 (Yellow ticket price)

 • Customer service focus. If there's one area we want to focus on in liquor regarding Ritchies values, it's customer service. Make sure all managers are aware of the simple things that everyone can do to make sure we are all customer service orientated. Greet customers and smile.

 • Positioning of Crown Black in coolroom and doors. Please make sure planogram is being followed in doors and check positioning in coolroom.

 • Supplier stands, check what's in each store. There is no supplier commitments with stands except Tap King in coolrooms.

 • Number of SKU's in displays. When displaying wine, for example Wolf Blass red label, only display the best few SKU's (3-4) Too often we see slow moving lines on display. Also with Spirits there is no commitment to display entire range of a particular SKU such as Finlandia, only display plain vodka unless you have a strong market for a flavour.

 • Cleaning program, especially under bottom shelf of coolroom doors. A paint scraper works very well. Too often we are loosing points from Lenny's audits for lack of cleaning. Please make sure each manager has a program in place.

Performance review follow up.

 • Items discussed with manager regarding previous performance review and also previous checklist
