Performance review follow up.

  • Items discussed with manager regarding previous performance review and also previous checklist

  • Cigarette refresher to be completed by all staff. Please make sure managers are following up with front end supervisors.

  • Scan in and scan out reports have been very poor of late. This is a non negotiable item and must improve. Discuss with managers that the 080 report will be checked every audit.

  • Christmas reports. They are now due (16th Jan) for all non holiday stores. Holiday stores due 13 Feb. Please discuss with each manager and make sure they have been handed in and information is relevant.

  • GP and stock level budgets were emailed out. Make sure managers have them and they're stored in the red folder.
