Warehouse Roof Exhaust Units

  • Remove employee badge for safety.

  • Roof Exhaust Unit 1 (Warehouse East)

  • Remove the bolts anchoring the exhaust cover and remove the cover to expose the exhaust fan and motor.

  • Locate the power switch and power down the fan.

  • Are the fan blades free from damage or unusual wear?

  • Is the fan belt securely fitted and free from damage or unusual wear?

  • Power the fan back on.

  • Replace the cover to the exhaust fan and motor and replace the bolts anchoring the exhaust cover.

  • Roof Exhaust Unit 2 (Warehouse West)

  • Remove the bolts anchoring the exhaust cover and remove the cover to expose the exhaust fan and motor.

  • Locate the power switch and power down the fan.

  • Are the fan blades free from damage or unusual wear?

  • Is the fan belt securely fitted and free from damage or unusual wear?

  • Power the fan back on.

  • Replace the cover to the exhaust fan and motor and replace the bolts anchoring the exhaust cover.

Administration Building Roof Exhaust Units

  • Roof Exhaust Unit 3

  • Remove the bolts anchoring the exhaust cover and remove the cover to expose the exhaust fan and motor.

  • Locate the power switch and power down the fan.
