Brickwork

  • Will the re-pointing match the existing work

Stone work Sill, Lintel, decorative works or copings

  • Has damaged stone work been repaired to match existing

  • Do the joints around and between the repair need raking out and repointing

  • Has the stone damaged stone been taken back to a sound surface.

  • Has the repair require installation of wire reinforcment

  • Will the repair require several visits to build it up to the required profile

  • Are the repairs aesthetically pleasing

Heli-Bar repairs

  • Have the joints been cut out to the required depth to allow installtion

  • Has the resin and bar been installed significantly past the crack

  • Has the repair been pointed to match existing stone or brickwork

This inspection sheet confirms that the item or area detailed above and on all related inspection sheets is 100% completed in line with the current specification, drawings, pre agreed sample panels and ITP's although still remaining Rosedale Brickworks responsibility until practical completion has been achieved.
