  • Brickwork is to the standard and quality set out in the approved sample panel.

  • Blockwork is to the standard and quality set out in the approved sample panel.

  • Wall ties, l-shaped ties, head restraints and other steel sundries are installed correctly .

  • All horizontal and vertical DPCs are installed correctly and to specification.

  • Membranes, weep vents and/or air bricks are installed correctly.

  • Brickwork and blockwork is set out correctly to position, line and gauge.

  • All openings are correct to current drawings and have been set to the height and position required.

  • Have all cavities been cleaned and are free from debris.

  • Are all concrete or steel lintels installed correctly to position and height.

  • Are all heads, columns and other abutments of walls closed and sealed as per architects requirements.

  • DPCs are installed in the correct heights and positions.
