Heater & A/C operating properly

Washer fluid level full- Note amount to fill

Headache ball & latch present

Load block & hook latch present

Boom head & aux sheaves in good working order and free of damage

Cable retainer pins and safety pins included and free of damage

Jib included and free of defects

Boom lubricated and free of damage

Boom wear pads, mounting bolts and shims in place and free of damage

No hydraulic leaks present from telescoping cylinder or boom cylinder

All controls operating properly

Outriggers function properly and free of damage

Anti-two block working properly

LMI system operating properly

Wind meter operating properly

Bubble level adjusted properly and free of damage

Main cable free of damage

Aux cable free of damage

Cables lubricated properly

Aux and main cables are the proper length

Load line attachments free of defects or damage (becket, clamp pins, safety pins, tail loops, etc..)
