There are exercise balls stored in various locations including the gym, gym corridor and studio store rooms. You will need to inspect them all in accordance with the form below. Any equipment that shows defects needs to be removed from service immediately. Ensure you have checked all areas and not missed any of the equipment.

Check that the ball is free from any deformations or defects on the surface. Look closely for small nicks

Check that the ball is inflated, it should be firm when weighted.

Check the ball is not over inflated, measure the circumference of the ball using a tape measure. <br>55cm balls should not exceed 172cm<br>65cm balls should not exceed 204cm
