Are all chillers & freezers clean?

Is the site free of any unapproved fresh food on sale? (complete spot checks)

Are the shop toilets being kept clean & tidy?

Are daily chiller & freezer temperature records completed accurately every time? (Daily Checklist)

Are delivery temperature records completed accurately every time? (Daily Checklist)

Any Temperature issues / non-conformance ACTIONS are recorded? (Daily Checklist)

Are returned, damaged & expired products labelled & stored separately & safely?

Is the site free of any signs of pest activity? (complete spot checks)

Are there signs of pest activity on-site?

Is there an internal bin with a lid available for customers?

Is the back store & managers office kept secure? (e.g. locked when no one is inside)
