Have copies of the subcontractors Plant, Operator and Lift Gear Registers been received?

The subcontractor has 24 hours to provide this information otherwise use of mobile plant must cease.

Has any relevant Dial Before You Dig or Services Scan documentation been reviewed by the operator?

Is there the possibility of contact with overhead power cables?

What control measures have been implemented?

Has ground stability and recent weather condition been assessed to ascertain of there is the chance of plant overturning?

Does the mobile powered plant have operational reverse warning devices fitted?

The site speed limit is 10 kph, operators are aware of this and agree not to exceed the site speed limit?

Agree that any person working with 2 metres of the arc of the bucket must wear hard hats?

Agree the operator will conduct and record a prestart inspection before daily use?
The above items have been jointly reviewed with the Strongbuild supervisor and plant operator/supervisor. If any of the above conditions change during the execution of the works the operator has agreed to stop work and notify the Strongbuild supervisor and implement agreed control measures.
