No Adhoc waste loose around the shop floor and under shelves on floor

Store products are not being used for cleaning like wipes and non approved cleaning chemicals

No Adhoc waste from deliveries is left in the yard

Bins are locked and all rubbish is in clear sacks and no food in bin

No Adhoc waste is not present around the warehouse

There is a designated area for waste awaiting to be recorded

Recorded waste is accurate and matches the waste prints

There is two weeks of waste prints

The waste prints are dual ticked and due signed to show evidence waste has been checked off line by line

Shop floor products are not being used by the cleaners or in replacement for Ecolab products and cleaners cupboard is clear

Waste has not been allowed to build up and waste prints show evidence of regular downloads

Loose produce labels are displayed to ensure all loose gets scanned

No personal belongings are left out and unattended

Empty lockers are free from stock and rubbish

All stock had a relevant transfer labels with date and signature of when the product was transferred and all other stock have receipts

Store has a minimum of 1 transfer per week and the volume is reflective of contents

(Costa stores only ) milk has been transferred daily and no days have been missed

On the PDA colleagues shop amounts are correct

No stock is stored in the office

Is there any overstock investigation visible on back stock fresh with yellow labels

Have fresh potential corrupt book stocks been reviewed and minus book stocks corrected

Has the top 30 fresh losses from the deep dive been reviewed and reoccurring lines are tagged/restrict fill if possible

Have the top 20 fresh lines from the dash board been reviewed and high loss lines tagged/restrict filled if possible
