The non-complaint outdoor dining area is considered to be an enclosed area because:-

Take a photo to the outdoor dining area.

Notes. eg. They have 3 plastic roll up walls.

Issue licence condition allowing licensee the option to permit dogs other than assistance animals in the outdoor dining area in its current configuration.

Issue licence condition prohibiting dogs other than assistance animals in one of the outdoor dining areas in its current configuration in one area and another condition that permits the licensee to allow dogs in other than assistance animals in another defined outdoor dining area.

No outdoor dining condition needed on licence as there are no outdoor dining facilities provided on the premises.
