4.2 Tools in good condition (i.e. mushroom head on punch, cracked hammer handle, cracked stanchion on ladder), or is tagged and removed from service?
4.3 Electrical cords are not frayed and ground prongs are in place where required?
4.4 Eletrical tools are not being raised, lowered, or carried by the electrical cord?
4.5 Guards and/or handles are in place as required?
5.1 Exhaust doesn't pose a burn injury?
5.2 Equipped with a GFCI or GFCI pigtail?
5.3 Generators are connected to earth ground as required by the manufacture?
6.1 Proper access is provided when crossing or stepping (horizontal or vertically) 19 inches or more?
6.2 Are there at least two means of access are available?
6.3 Access areas are free of obstructions leading to, through, and beyond access points?
6.4 Ladders and gangways are properly secured?
6.5 Ladders extend three feet above landing and have proper angle (base out by the L÷4)?

7.1 Standard PPE being worn by all personnel on SCC Jobsite (hard hat, safety glasses, traffic vest or PFD, gloves, and proper foot protection)?
7.2 Specialized PPE used as required by the job task and/or safety data sheet (SDS)?
8.1 Containers are labeled with its contents?
8.2 SDSs are available for review?
8.3 Containers are properly closed and stored when not in use?
8.4 Fire extinguishers' inspections are current, they're ready for use, and are unobstructed?
8.5 Compressed oxygen cylinders are not stored next oil, or other combustibles unless separated by a 1/2 hour fire wall or 20 feet?
8.6 Check valves are in place between regulators and hoses of cutting rigs?
8.7 Compressed oxygen /acetylene cylinders are secured in a vertical position? Additionally, regulators are removed and caps applied when stored (not used in 24 hours or more)? Note: Caps don't apply to a cascade system.
8.8 Oily rags, soak pads, etc. are placed in a labeled metal container with lid?
9.1 Personal fall protection system (PFAS) is in good condition, properly worn and fitted?

11.5 All rolling equipment and/or items that may be be blown/fall overboard are secured?
11.6 Extra measures are in place during frigid weather conditions to prevent personnel from falling overboard?
11.7 Man overboard drills are conducted on a regular basis with SCC peronnel when they're working over or near water's edge?
