  • Location and height of any proposed retaining walls if adjoining the driveway and not constructed in the road reserve.

  • Driveways square to the road and not encroach on neighbouring frontages

  • Minimum 6.0 m from tangent of a corner

  • Minimum gap of 6.0m between driveways where possible to facilitate parking

  • A minimum offset of 0.5m from common property boundaries

  • AS 2890.1 sight lines to fences and gates. Gates are to slide or open inward

  • Footpaths can be removed or retained. Where removed the grade and crossfall of the pre-existing footpath is to be maintained. In some cases additional footpath may need to be removed. Condition to be applied

  • Only minor reshaping of ground levels within the road reserve are permitted and battered smoothly to maintain acceptable standards for pedestrians (Condition to be applied)
