  • Are all rotating parts, with the extention of spindles, guarded?

WAREHOUSE

  • All racking securely bolted to the floor with all bolts in use?

  • Appropriate lightening positioned above aisles and passageways ?

  • All material stored at least 1m below sprinkler heads?

  • Items stored safely, not possible to fall and cause injury below?

  • Forklift / picker in good condition and driven safely wearing seatbelts?
