  • Do the navigational graphics correspond with the product on the wall?

  • Do the wall logo's correspond with the product below or around it?

  • Do the sub class signs call out classes/brands on the gondolas? Are they alternated with size chart sub classes?

  • Do the denim data strips correspond with styles on the shelf? Size insert per planogram?

  • Are all un priced garments on gondolas shelf talkered?

  • Is there stock on the floor? Empty coat hangers and paper from cube lines picked up?

  • Are size clips in place on all hangers?

  • Style Merchindising

  • Have the overviews been laminated and attached to the inside of the front end cap? Floor walks can not be completed without overviews.

  • Pick random gondola and check it to the overview. Is the right stock in the right place?

  • Are identical styles always merchandised together?

  • Are identical styles with more than 2 colours separated in colours - cool - neutrals - warms?

  • Are garments or ties dragging on the floor? Overfilling? Remove excess sizes, styles

  • Are styles blocked vertically on gondolas in children's wear? One garment type per bay

  • Are key items and round rack units located in the right location as per overview? Is the right stock displayed on the correct unit?

  • Women's/. Men's Fit Outs

  • Is the fit out either all straight arms or straight/drop/straight for tops or straight/side/straight for pants?

  • Are dresses, shorts, & skirts on straight arms only and by touching the floor?

  • Children's Fit Outs

  • Are style gondolas straight arms only? ( Drop arms may be used when there is a shortage of straight arms but no more than 2 in a row)

  • Coordinate Merchindising

  • Check the overview. Are all brands located in the right place?

  • Check brand gondolas for vertical strips, hanger tags, concertinas and subclass

  • Check coordinate gondola and end caps. Would you wear it like that?

  • Is the cheapest item priced on the endcap? Is all mannequin stock priced?

  • Pick a wall and check that the correct class is displayed there.

  • Are colour stories grouped together with cool, warm colours separated by neutrals on the wall?

  • Are the mannequin outfits tied up to the nearest coordinate rack or end cap?

  • Are accessory hooks used around the women's pad facing the AA?

  • Women's and men's coordinate Merchandising out fits

  • For stores with side rails, is the gondola fit out straight, straight, straight, side from the lead in bay?

  • For the stores with U bars/ D rails, is the gondola fit out straight, straight, side from the lead in bay?

  • Children's coordinate Merchandising fit out

  • Does the fit out reflect the example on the reverse of this booklet? Is the fit out symmetrical?
