PERSONS AT RISK - Operatives / Members of the public
    RISK RATING- High

  • CONTROL MEASURES TO BE IMPLEMENTED -. Operatives must under no circumstance access a incomplete scaffold unless it has been inspected by a competent person and tagged I to say it is "safe to use"(This must be done every 7 days).
