  This inspection will help you document the condition of the property to make sure that everything is ready before you list it on the market.
  
  Please note that this inspection focuses on minor cosmetic and functional items. We recommend also getting a professional home inspection and then creating a simple final punch list for your contractor based on the results of both this inspection as well as the professional inspection.
  
  You will be checking for two things: cosmetic items (ex: damage to paint, scratches on floor, etc.) and functional items (ex: stove doesn't work, lightbulb needs to be replaced).
  
  Answering "yes" to a question indicates that everything is in order. Answering "no" indicates that something is not as it should be. If you answer "no" you will be required to add a "note." Type a brief explanation of what is wrong.
  
  Add rooms by pressing the "+" button next to the type of room. If there is more than one of that type of room, describe where the room is located on the "room location" question: cardinal direction (N, SE, etc.), which floor (if applicable), etc.
  
  Note that you do not need to add "media" on every question. You will be instructed to take pictures of each area and close-ups of any particular problems.
