Employee Preparedness

  • Are all employees wearing steel toe shoes?

  • Are all employees dressed appropriately to control or retain body heat appropriately for conditions/in proper dress code?

  • Are employees seeking help with irregular or over 70 pound products as necessary?

General Department Safety/Housekeeping

  • Are supplies in the department in good condition? (Broom handles, aluminum, etc.)

  • Are all floors kept free from debris and spills?

  • Any misc. safety concerns observed in the department?

  • Are muster sheets posted and signed daily?

  • Are audits posted on department boards?
