  • Are personnel aware of the required standards, procedures and codes of practice?

  • Is it evident that these standards are being met?

  • Are the documents being used by the team controlled?

  • Do the drawings, etc accurately reflect the works being undertaken?
    (construction status, location, etc)

  • Is appropriate information being provided to others affected?
    (Construction copies left on site, site diary, handover log, etc)

  • Are appropriate records of the works being kept?
    Drawings marked up, installation logs, etc

  • Are deficiencies being recorded correctly?

  • Is the standard of construction of good quality

  • Are those involved working well as a team?

Environment

  • Are operatives aware of the Thameslink project Environmental requirements?

  • Is waste material being disposed off in the correct manner?

  • Are all reasonable measures being taken to limit Noise, dust and other items which will impact on the environment?
