  • Do you have current JHA/ SWIMS for setting up site?

  • Have Safe Check been completed.

Drill Site.

  • Is the ground support to standard at the drill site.

  • Is the ventilation to standard at the drill site

  • Are the radios working, do you have clear radio communications at drill site.

  • Are cement pad correct for machine

  • All FLP and BLP marked and pinned.

  • Is back Hights sufficient for machine?

  • Air and Water Services installed and within 50m from collar point.

  • Power supply 1000 Volts trailing cable with anchor point installed 50m from collaring point.

  • Is there a suitable sump area and in correct location of drive?

  • Is drainage set up for drill site directed to sump.

  • Is power available for Sump Pump?

Breakthrough and reamer hookup inspection.

  • Is the ground support to standard at the drill site.

  • Is the ventilation to standard at the drill site

  • Are the radios working, do you have clear radio communications at break through.

  • Air & Water minimum 50m from B/T

  • Breakthrough has been marked-up to ensure the area is clear of ground support bolts & adequate room to remove & install BHA

  • Are the backs flat and acceptable for collaring the reamer

  • Are all work areas, tool storage, equipment, and lay-down areas properly marked and barricaded or protected?

  • No unauthorized signs in place and area barricaded.
