Are there multiple levels for the machine to clean? Access to additional levels?

Who will be using the machine?

What is the smallest gap the machine needs to manoeuvre through on the cleaning path?

Is there a power supply to charge the machine? Consider ventilation for wet batteries

Is there a water supply to fill the machine? Hose fitted?

Where will the machine be emptied? Are there any floor obstructions on the path such as bumps?

Are there multiple floor types to clean? Different types of brushes or pads needed?

Are there doorways the machine needs to fit through on the cleaning path?

What time have they allowed for the cleaning to be completed? Consider battery life of machine

How soon do you need the equipment installed?

What traffic will be around when the cleaning is being completed?

What accessories do they need for the machine?

How did the customer hear about us?

Has the customer had any competitors in to survey? Do they have quotes?
