Pre-Trip Inspection

  • Check & record oil level

  • Check & record coolant level

  • Fuel Level

  • Check steering

  • Check brakes

  • Check horn

  • Check brake lights

  • Check indicator lights & frames

  • Check mirror settings

  • Check external bus panels

  • Check tyres (incl. knock test, listen for hollow noise)

  • Check and/or clean windscreen

  • Check all door and hatch actions

  • Check bus & safety signage (clean & visible)

  • Check all seatbelts mechanisms

  • Inspect interior seats & panels

  • Check engine hatches are closed & operational

  • Driver Comments (if any)

Faults & Defects

  • Are there any faults?

  • Are there fluid level issues?

  • Are there any vehicle defects to be reported?

  • If Yes, list defects to be notified

  • Fuel Purchased (litres)
