  • Any items that are safety risks should be repaired immediately! Your business manager should authorise the work. Any other damage must be authorised by the Asset Manager, please send requests through to safety@skillset.com.au.
    These checks MUST be completed by the end of each calendar month and sent to safety@skillset.com.au.

Inside the car.

  • What condition are the seat belts in?

  • What condition are the interior dials, knobs, handles etc. in?

  • What condition are seats in?

  • Mirrors in working order?

  • Is the car clean?

  • Is there a hands free car kit installed?

Exterior of the car.

  • Is the car clean?

  • Is the exterior of the car in good condition? Please take pictures of any damage.

  • Are all windows in good clean condition?

  • Are all tires in good condition, inflated and with good tread? (Check spare as well)

  • Are the wiper blades in good condition?

  • Are blinkers working?

  • Are lights working?

  • Are stop lights working?

In the boot.

  • Is there fully stocked first aid kit in the boot?

  • Is there personal protective equipment available? Safety helmet, safety glasses, hearing, protection, high vis vest, sunscreen.

Under the bonnet.

  • Oil level ok?

  • Water level ok?

  • Power steering level ok?

  • Washer water full?

Note anything else that may require attention.

  • Is everything else ok?

  • Sign and send too Asset Manager.
