STRUCTURAL CHECKS

  • CHECK the concrete foundations, pedestals, and structural pads.

  • CHECK the ride support columns, arms, pedestals, and yokes.

  • CHECK that the bolt connections prevent loosening with the use of a) self-locking nuts, b) double nut, or c) loosening protection nut.

  • CHECK for missing bolts. All bolts must be secured and tight.

  • CHECK that there are no exposed sharp edges, sharp corners, burrs or any dangerous protrusions that are in reach of guests.

  • CHECK for any defected, missing, cracked, or burnt welds.

  • CHECK that there is no damage to the steel finish, such as the galvanizing or painting.

  • CHECK that there are no signs of rust or corrosion on any steel.

  • CHECK that stairs, landings and decking are securely fastened and free of any rough or sharp edges or protrusions.

  • CHECK that railings are secure and free of any rough or sharp edges or burrs.

ELECTRICAL CHECKS

  • CHECK all Cabinet Externals (hinges, clips, locking points, mounting method).

  • CHECK the cabinet penetration.

  • CHECK conduit and cable entries, glands.

  • CHECK for possible points of water or dust ingress.

  • CHECK the e-box and HMI enclosures’ integrity and weather seal/gasket.

  • CHECK the panduit, cable ways and DIN rails inside the cabinet.

  • CHECK for any exposed conductive surfaces of all components, terminals/terminations and devices

  • CHECK all wire terminations to be secure, with no loose conductor strands inadvertently contacting other conductors, components or surfaces.

Swing Arm

  • CHECK for "movement restricting pins" to be present on both ends of Swing Arm Bar.

  • CHECK for Swing Arm to be detected by positioning sensors (up&down).
