Foundation check

  • Are piles driven into correct embedment? (25% of above ground height)

  • Are the piles free from damage?

  • Have the top of piles been painted with galv after piling to ensure corrosion resistance?

Frame check

  • Has frame been installed at the correct angle? ( ±1° )

  • Is framework free from damage?

  • Is frame square between bays?

  • Are the uprights level? (± 3°)?

  • All M12 bolts installed with washers and nuts?

  • All M12's torqued to 80Nm?

  • Take picture of tables with loose fasteners

  • Do purlins have correct gap of 10mm? (110mm if using extender joiner)

  • Reset joiners installed in correct position to drawing?

  • Has 4mm tension wire been tightened and tension lock has been applied?

  • Has cross bracing been installed correctly? (Positions inline with STA drawing)

  • Any additional notes?

  • Sign off on frame check

Paneling check

  • Are panel all square to frame?

  • Are panel clamps done up to guided torque setting (Nm)?

  • Take pictures of panels with with loose clamps

  • Have the panels been clamped in the correct clamping zone?

  • Have the panels been installed with fully engaged coverage of panel frame? (± 2mm)

  • Are the sliding clamps fully engaged with purlin return?

  • Do panels have correct N-S spacing of between 10mm - 20mm?

  • Any additional notes?

  • Sign off on paneling check
