  • Have all condensers internal/external been cleaned and replace filters where required

  • Are the plant room louvers operational and clean both inside and outside

  • Are all compressors and condenser fans operational

  • Are all oil management systems working and levels ok

  • Do all packs have a good refrigerant level and are they marked

  • Have all low level alarms been checked as operational

  • Are all kick plates are in place and fixed

  • Are all night blinds operational and damage free

  • Are all door return springs operational

  • Are all door seals in good condition

  • Are all cold rooms operationally (if requires defrosting please arrange with store)

  • Are cabinets free from overloading

  • Are internal doors fitted and operational

  • Are all entrapment alarms operational

  • Has a review of all outstanding RFSM fabric quotes been completed

  • Do all doors self close

  • Are all door seals in good condition

  • Are the condensers clean and free from obstruction

Alarms and housekeeping

  • Have you checked and reviewed all active predictive alarms
