  • If kitchen is older than 20 years and has been missed from a recent replacement programme, then it should now be replaced

  • All fittings and plumbing to be free from leaks and sealed with silicon mastic

  • WC seat to be free from cracks and stains

  • Incorrectly installed showers to be removed

  • A fully working extractor fan to be fitted in bathrooms with no windows

Cleaning

  • The property, including loft space and garden, to be free from rubbish and debris
